Returns, Exchange and Shipping

Straightforward Shipping

Littletude's shipping policy is very simple. All worldwide orders are a flatrate of $5.95.  Delivery within the United States will take between 3-5 business days, delivery outside the United States will take between 6-10 business days.  You can also upgrade your shipping using FedEx Express services as you deem necessary.  **Littletude will not be held accountable for shipping-related delays that are the fault of the carrier. Also, if the customer inputs an incorrect or invalid shipping address that results in the package being undeliverable, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with re-shipping the item should they want the item re-shipped. Otherwise, we will offer a refund for the cost of the item. If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

Domestic Returns and Exchanges

Littletude offers a simple, generous exchange policy. If you need to return a onesie, we will send you a prepaid return label and all you have to do is drop it off. Upon receipt, we will issue a full refund for the cost of the onesie. No questions asked. The only requirement is the onesie is not worn or washed. Exchanges are even simpler, if you’d like to exchange for a different print or size, we’ll gladly send you out what you need and inside the package we will include a prepaid return label for you to send back the product you are exchanging. Nice and easy.

We ship via FedEx and the Post Office, and pay for all shipping on domestic returns and exchanges.

Because we pay for inbound domestic returns, you will only be refunded the cost of the product(s) purchased.

International Returns and Exchanges

International customs requirements unfortunately don’t let us provide prepaid shipping labels for our international returns/exchanges, but we will gladly pay for the outbound shipping on international exchanges. The customer is responsible for paying the return/exchange shipping back to Littletude, and will only be refunded the cost of the product(s) on a return.

How to Return/Exchange

If you would like to return or exchange a product, please send an email to indicating your order number and which product you are returning/exchanging. Then, please let us know why you are making the return, or give us instructions as to which product you would like in its place. Once we receive this information, we will email domestic customers a prepaid shipping label to be used for the return/exchange. Upon receipt of your item(s) we will either reimburse the cost of the product(s) or ship you a new item(s). For returns, we will credit the cost of the product(s) back to the same card or PayPal account that was used for the transaction.
